• stardust_to_iota_address
  Converts a “Stardust” Address to a IotaAddress.
• stardust_to_iota_address_owner
  Converts a “Stardust” Address to a IotaAddress and then wraps it into an Owner which is either address- or object-owned depending on the stardust address.
