register_hardware_metrics
Register all hardware metrics: CPU specs, Memory specs/usage, Disk specs/usage These metrics are all named with a prefix “hw_” They are both pushed to iota-proxy and exposed on the /metrics endpoint. The whole group shares one level (off hides the collector, any other level exposes it), since it is a single collector.
