Proof data types and offline verification. Proof types and verification.
A Proof contains a certified checkpoint and the data needed to prove that
a transaction, and optionally its objects or events, belong to that
checkpoint. ProofVerifier verifies this data against a caller-provided
Committee without making network requests.
