pub fn upgrade(&self) -> Option<UnboundedSender<T>>

Upgrades the WeakUnboundedSender to a strong UnboundedSender if the underlying channel still exists. This allows the WeakUnboundedSender to regain full control over the channel, enabling it to send messages again. If the underlying channel has been dropped, None is returned. Otherwise, it returns an UnboundedSender with the upgraded reference, including the associated inflight and sent gauges for resource tracking.
